Post-Construction / Post-Renovation Cleaning
A thorough post-construction cleaning is a vital part of any renovation project. After months of tearing down walls, plumbing and installing new electronics, carpets and cabinets, it is important to have the work site cleaned back to its original condition.
The post-construction cleaning process starts with professionally deodorizing all floors, removing dust from baseboards and window sills, vacuuming carpets and upholstery and wiping down any remaining construction dust from walls. Small debris such as wood glues chips and debris can be swept up or vacuumed into receptacles.
The kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly scrubbed including tubs, toilets, sinks and appliances being cleaned as well as surfaces around them. Windows inside and out will be washed off so they sparkle once installation concludes along with working on all other areas as needed without exception.
